Aki's university project, ''Beauty and the Beast: An Alternate Retelling'''

is a remix of the classic ''Beauty and the Beast'' fairytale featuring an herbalism-inspired Beauty (called Rosemary) and a bat-inspired Beast (called Alistair.)

A completed version of this comic-storybook hybrid is expected to be completed in early 2026.
